Cunningham is the creator, writer and executive producer of “Southern Comfort" the comedic web series featured on GMA.com, Funny or Die, WhoHAHA, Film Daily and Tubefilter to name a few. The series was recently nominated for ‘Best Web Series’ at NYC Chain Film Festival.

Recently featured in The New York Times, Cunningham writes, directs and performs in the consistently sold-out comedy sketch show, Sketchy History at Caveat in NYC. The show is produced by Head Cow Productions, a company she founded in Fall of 2018. Under HCP, Cunningham writes, edits, directs and produces film sketches that attempt to put women in key roles in front of and behind the camera. Cunningham is also an award-winning journalist, previously producing news for NBC-owned stations and currently works as an Audience Engagement Editor for ABCNews.com, leading the editorial team in headline CTR (click-through rate) analysis across the top national news site. She is also a contributing entertainment reporter for GoodMorningAmerica.com during awards season.

She was accepted into the Advanced Study Program at the Upright Citizen's Brigade Theatre in New York City where she has been performing/writing since April 2016. She has performed in multiple Del Close Marathons for the theatre.

Malorie is a graduate of the University of Tennessee where she was recently named a ‘Vol to Watch.’

Her filmed work has been selected or featured in New York City Independent Film Festival (2020), New York City Short Comedy Films Festival (2020), London-Worldwide Comedy Short Film Festival (2019), Battle of the Sketches (2019), NYC Chain Film Festival (2018, Nominated for Best Web Series).
